Asking the right question, at the right time, is a foundation of effective learning.
We’ll be looking at the different types of questions, why we ask them, when we don’t ask them and why just because you’re asking questions doesn’t mean you’re coaching.
One of the most overlooked coaching skills is using your intuition so we are going to dive into it and discover just how important it is……I’ll even give you an amazing tool to use that’ll help you ‘listen’ to your intuition.
