LIDIA On-Demand Train the Trainer Course
26th & 27th March 9am to 4pm
The course is designed to be used in conjunction with the LIDIA On-Demand ADI training course, preparing you for your ORDIT assessment.
The emphasis on creating successful learning outcomes using role play & how to simulate faults safely.
The session will focus on the areas that you identify from the trainer analysis sheet that you feel that you need to develop.
The Course will be completed over 2 days, usually as a 2:1 or 3:1 format.
The session will include 12 months access to the LIDIA On-Demand course.
The content will cover all the skills that are needed to deliver the Part 2 & 3 training.

You’ll receive a workbook to reflect on your training, a course structure to deliver the PDI course, including a scheme of work for the training session and support from Andrew and Matt for 12 months.
The sessions will be a mixture of practical demonstration & practice plus discussions about training.
The practical sessions run from 09:00 to 16:00, the support over the 12 months is as required.
