LIDIA On-Demand Train the Trainer Course

The course is designed to be used with the Let’s Instruct Driving Instructor ADI training course, preparing you for your ORDIT assessment. The emphasis is on creating successful learning outcomes using role-play & how to simulate faults safely.

The session will focus on the areas that you identify from the trainer analysis sheet that you feel that you need to develop.

The Course will be completed over 2 days, usually in a 2:1 or 3:1 format.

The session will include 12 months of access to the LIDIA On-Demand course.

The content will cover all the skills that are needed to deliver the Part 2 & 3 training.

You’ll receive a workbook to reflect on your training, a course structure to deliver the PDI course, a scheme of work for the training session & support from Andrew & Matt for 12 months.

The sessions will be a mixture of practical demonstration & practice plus discussions about training.
