Part 3 & Standards Check Essential Skills Workshop

This workshop is designed to teach those essential skills that deliver a great driving lesson.

If you deliver a great driving lesson, you have the key ingredients for passing your part 3 or Standards Check with a great score.

The workshop will be delivered on Zoom from 09:30 am – 3:30 pm and will cover:

• Course Introduction
• Coaching conversations using the 5 essential coaching skills.
• Exploration of the client’s needs and how to develop motivation and commitment.
• Watching the driver, the platform for instructional techniques is probably the number one reason for failure.
• Feedback skills, methods, positive language & body language.
• Questions and Answers when stationary, On the move, Listening skills, Embedded commands.
• Tell –Ask – Assess, your get-out-of-jail card for managing the risk.
• Training routes success strategy
• DVSA Standards Check/Part 3, marking sheet essentials.
