Effective Scaling – Scaling the Skill Element of the Learning Process

Scaling is a very powerful, effective tool that you can have in your toolbox if it is used correctly. Far too often, we see scaling used ineffectively.
Scaling is not just getting your learner to pick a number before they start the session and then another number at the end of the session, neither is it a method of determining the level of support required. It is far more than these examples and many others we see being used.
This workshop will help you understand how to use scaling so that you get the most out of it, we achieve this by using the SMOOTH Scaling model.
SMOOTH scaling has been developed by Knowledgeablee Instructor Training and is a comprehensive scaling model that you can use on every single session time and time again.
