SUMMARY:How does Risk Management Affect Your Standard Check or Part 3 Grade?
DESCRIPTION:Risk management has an influence on the other competencies for the standards check.Scoring 1 or less in any of the risk management sections will have a knock-on effect on the other sections. During this session\, I’ll discuss how the minor competencies link together and demonstrate how small changes can upgrade your score to improve your overall mark. I’ll help you develop an understanding of the skills required to raise your final grade from a B to an A.  Explain how the feel of the sessions is important in assessing the overall performance and how creating a safe teaching environment has a direct influence on the final score. Developing the instructor’s observation skills\, which could also include how it feels\, what it looks like\, or how calm the event is\, will often help create a safe teaching environment.   Five takeouts delegates will get from this session: How the risk management competencies link to othersWhat the examiner is looking forGiving a great customer experience to the driver & passengerThe reason for the journeyHow & when to prepare for your assessmentSession type: Zoom  Duration: 2 hours   What people said about my previous course:

SUMMARY:Making Question Skills Easy - Andrew Love

SUMMARY:Skills For Coaching - Online Workshop Series
