You need to be able to ask questions to ensure that learning takes place. This is a fundamental principle of any Standards Check and Part 3. Questions are essential if you are going to deliver a lesson that is client-centred.
This presentation will help you create questions that engage your client and give you the ability to use questions that target thoughts (the cognitive learning domain), feelings (the affective learning domain), behaviour, and skills (the psychomotor domain).
Questions make lesson planning and risk management easier and are an essential teaching and learning strategy. Without the ability to use questioning techniques effectively, learning cannot take place, the car cannot be kept safe, and value for money cannot be given.
