I pride myself in making learning easy, by breaking down subjects into bite size chunks, finding ways to demonstrate complex topics in an easy & understandable format.
CPD is at the heart of my development, holding teaching, coaching, behavioral change qualifications. My CPD journey has introduced me to new business opportunities, which has helped me diversify the services that I offer.
I look forward to sharing experience with others to help you develop your skills.

Part 3 ADI qualification, 24/01/22
I would highly recommend Andrew Love, I completed my 40hrs training & another 20hrs on my pink licence, & achieved my Green licence on my 1st attempt thanks to Andrew.Andrews knowledge & training techniques are second to none. He was always challenging my thought process on coaching techniques & the effective use of probing questions & always looking for flexible learning opportunities within the roll play scenarios.
I thoroughly enjoyed all my training with Andrew, & often look back on my notes from our sessions. Andrew always made my learning experience interesting & enjoyable keeping everything in small chunks & layering up each session so I didn't feel overwhelmed.
Andrew supported me all the way through my training period, sitting in on lessons & giving me feedback on my coaching skills helping me feel prepared for my part 3.
Alongside this the online material was very helpful, & talking to other PDI's on the monthly Zoom meetings was informative.
Andrew is my first choice for my CPD

I was fully supported and felt in very knowledgeable hands as I was guided through a complete training programme. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone interested in becoming an ADI.
