General Conditions
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.
- Refunds are processed based on the date of the refund request relative to the scheduled start date of the training session.
- All refunds are subject to UK consumer protection laws.
In-person training (Hotel or Private Room)
- More than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a small administrative fee (e.g., £20) to cover processing costs.
- 8–14 days before the event: 50% refund, as we will have incurred venue and catering costs.
- 7 days or fewer before the event: No refund will be issued unless the spot can be filled by another participant. If the spot is filled, a full refund will be issued minus the administrative fee.
- Transfer: Participants may transfer their booking to another available date or participant up to 7 days before the event without any additional fees.
Online Training (Zoom)
- More than 7 days before the session: Full refund minus a small administrative fee (e.g., £10).
- 3–7 days before the session: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before the session: No refund will be provided.
- Transfer: Participants can transfer their booking to another available date or participant up to 24 hours before the session starts without any additional fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of PDIADI.com.
Cancellations by PDIADI.com
If a session is cancelled by PDIADI.com for any reason, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date at no additional cost.
