1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds apply to subscription fees, training tokens, and workshops.
2. Subscription Fees
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a monthly payment is processed, except where required by law.
- The first month registration period is free and therefore not subject to refund.
3. Training Tokens
- Training tokens have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
- Unused tokens remain valid for 12 months from issuance if the subscription is cancelled or paused.
- Tokens may be used to purchase workshops or eligible services but are non-refundable once redeemed.
4. Workshops

5. Payments Taken in Error
- If a payment is taken in error, members should contact PDIADI Support immediately.
- PDIADI will investigate and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

- Tokens are intended to give flexible access to workshops.
- Subscription fees cover access to tokens, resources, and membership benefits, not individual workshops.
- Refunds are never provided for unused tokens or subscription fees, except where required by law.
