1. Subscription Overview
The PDIADI Exclusive Membership (“Membership”) provides monthly access to:
- Training tokens
- Online resources
- Selected subscriber benefits, including the Steering Success Webinar
Membership is subject to these Terms & Conditions. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these rules.
2. Workshop Access & Purchases
- Training tokens can be saved and used to purchase workshops within the membership.
- Alternatively, members may pay directly with a normal payment method if they prefer not to use tokens.
- Workshop purchases—whether using tokens or direct payment—may be subject to their own cancellation and refund policies.
3. Registration Period & Subscription Start
- The first month is a registration period and is free of charge.
- During this period:
- No subscription fee is charged.
- Training tokens are not issued.
- Paid subscription billing begins at the start of the second month.
- Training tokens begin accruing from the first paid month.
4. Training Tokens
- Tokens are issued monthly as part of an active, paid subscription.
- Tokens:
- Have no cash value
- Are non-transferable
- May not be sold or exchanged for cash
- Tokens can be used to purchase workshops or other eligible services.
- Unused tokens remain available for 12 months after issuance if the subscription is cancelled or paused.
5. Bonus Training Tokens
- A 22% bonus is applied monthly based on the standard subscription fee (e.g., £20 subscription = £24.40 total token value).
- Bonus tokens are promotional and may be changed or withdrawn at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Payments & Access
- Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance.
- Access to training content and tokens depends on successful payment.
- Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
7. Steering Success Webinar
- Members are eligible for one annual Steering Success Webinar after three consecutive paid months.
- Access is subject to availability and may require advance booking.
- The webinar value is based on the UK list price at the time of publication.
8. Cancellation
- Members may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No further tokens or access will be issued after the cancellation date.
9. Member Conduct
Members must:
- Use content and resources responsibly
- Refrain from sharing, recording, or redistributing proprietary materials
- Maintain respectful and professional conduct
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding are the exclusive property of PDIADI. Members may not copy, distribute, sell, or publicly display materials without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Participation in the Membership is voluntary. PDIADI is not liable for:
- Business or career outcomes
- Financial loss or missed opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PDIADI operates.
