Knowing what to say is one thing — knowing when and how much to say is where the real skill lies. In this session, we’ll break down levels of instruction and how to use them effectively in real lessons. We’ll explore how to avoid over-coaching, support pupils at the right level, and help them move towards independence. If you want your pupils thinking more and relying on you less, this session will help you get there.
