Coaching Skills

Develop practical coaching skills you can use from the very first driving lesson.

In this workshop, Hardial will help you practise and develop key coaching skills, understand why coaching works, and explore how to use it effectively within a client-centred training environment.

This workshop will help you:

○ Build confidence in your coaching – practise skills you can use from lesson one and throughout each pupil’s learning.

○ Ask more effective questions – encourage pupils to think, reflect and take responsibility for their progress.

○ Make lessons more client-centred – adapt your approach to each pupil’s needs, experience and goals.

Whether you are new to coaching or looking to strengthen your existing approach, this workshop offers an opportunity to develop skills you can put into practice with your pupils.
