The results are in as the DVSA 2024 Working as an ADI Survey has been published. Interesting statistics that show us the challenges ADIs face, how these challenges affect their businesses and how they feel about the job. Here at PAD/ADI.com we would like to focus on CPD and how the survey shows it’s benefits for you as an ADI and your business.

8% rise of ADI’s taking CPD in 2023/24!

At PDI/ADI.com we were very pleased to see the 8% rise in ADIs taking CPD in the last 12 months. This rise has taken place over the same period PDI/ADI.com has been in existence, and although we would not claim to be the sole reason for the dramatic rise, we would hope to have contributed in a major way to this growth in ADIs taking Continued Professional Development.

5.2% rise in ease of access to CPD

ADIs were asked if they were able to access the right CPD opportunities? With 67% of ADI’s agreeing they could, a 5.2% rise in ADI’s satisfaction in this area. Again PDI/ADI.com would hope we have contributed in a positive way to this statistic.

Huge positives for ADIs taking CPD training

The survey showed the positive effects CPD training has for ADIs taking it. A direct correlation between the CPD training taken and ADIs charging a higher lesson price, ADIs charging more having less availability. And 78.2% of ADIs agreeing it has improved their performance as an ADI.
