This comprehensive two-day Zoom training course is designed for both fully qualified Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and Potential Driving Instructors (PDIs). The focus is on mastering the art of asking effective coaching questions during virtual driving lessons.
Participants will develop their coaching conversations and questioning skills to deliver client-centred lessons, ensuring their pupils become reflective, solution-oriented, and confident drivers.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a comprehensive toolkit of effective coaching questions and strategies. This will enable them to support their pupils in reflecting on their driving experiences, finding solutions, understanding the root causes of their problems, learning and developing understanding, and adopting safe driving attitudes and behaviours.

You may be required to work in small teams to discuss various elements of the module being taught.
There will be no role-play during these workshops.
You wont be in a large group of 30 plus+ This course is designed with you in mind. Group numbers are limited and kept small for a more personal individual experience.
