PDIADI | National Driving Instructor Development
Risk management has an influence on the other competencies for the standards check.
Scoring 1 or less in any of the risk management sections will have a knock-on effect on the other sections. During this session, I’ll discuss how the minor competencies link together and demonstrate how small changes can upgrade your score to improve your overall mark.
I’ll help you develop an understanding of the skills required to raise your final grade from a B to an A.
Explain how the feel of the sessions is essential in assessing the overall performance and how creating a safe teaching environment directly influences the final score.
Developing the instructor’s observation skills, which could also include how the event feels, looks, or is calm, will often help create a safe teaching environment.
