About this workshop:
The aim of this course is to demonstrate how the 17 competencies are linked, recognising
how your teaching skills influence the marking sheet & how to ensure that you reinforce
competence throughout your session.
The session will discuss how the use of difference teaching styles & techniques enhance the
learning outcomes, recognising that letting them have a go (experiential learning) has an
important role within driver training.
Examining teaching skills & how use them effectively improves the experience of the
learner, accelerating the learning process.
As a practitioner your role is to make learning easy, breaking information into bit size
chunks is essential to develop the driver.
