Standards Check & Part 3 Know the Product!

Over the last 12 years, ADI training has focussed on Coaching and teaching skills.

Designing the training programme that the PDI/ADI needs to deliver an individually tailored training course have been left to the ADI or PDI to develop on their own. Product knowledge is as important as coaching & teaching skills. The session will help the ADI/PDI understand the product that they are teaching to help improve their Standards Check or Part 3 result.
We’ll be outlining how to develop a driving syllabus, training resources & exercises to help your drivers improve their skills.
