A certificated practical in-car Train the Trainer & ORDIT course over 2 days.
I want to share with you my experience of training people to become driving instructors. I have over 25 years experience of successfully training PDIs & ADIs to improve, develop and to pass their Part 1/2/3 qualifying exams, Standards Checks and ORDIT, with many going onto claim that magical 51/51.
There is a huge difference between knowing what to do and being able to do it.
