After completing the course with sally all i can say is a massive thankyou for all the information and help, sally explained everything in detail and made things easier to understand and i feel learned so much The content was so well organised and nothing was too much trouble I made so many notes that i now have to go away and make sense of them all as it was just scribble incase i missed something ???? Massive massive thankyou from the bottom of my heart and i hope i do you proud and get a pass and the nerves will stay away as i feel more prepared Anyone who is questioning whether this is the course for them then i would say its the best £75 ive spent Good luck to everyone and thanks again

Found it I have recently attended a standards check course with Sally. I would fully recommend it. Sally is knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the subject. She explains it all well and makes it fun. I’m now feeling better prepared and have lots of tools to use on lessons and ways to improve. I would recommend reading Adi 1 before the sessions as it makes good preparation. Thanks agin SAlly

What a great course. Sally is lovely and creates a very safe space so you feel comfortable enough to actively participate. It’s interactive, (but not too interactive, so you still get lots of Sally’s expertise in addition to everyone else’s contributions). I really enjoyed it and learnt a LOT. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed the standards check part 3 workshop course i attended. Andrew is an excellent trainer who is knowledgeable and experienced whom made the session engaging and inclusive. There was much opportunity to discuss topics both in breakout sessions and as a group. This course opened up new insights and tools for use with clients but also for self reflection. I am looking forward to using the techniques learned and putting the skills into practice to make me a better driving instructor. I recently just finished the questioning techniques course with Sally, which was delivered over 3 sessions. I can’t recommend Sally enough, had some real light bulb moments, during all 3 sessions. The course flows brilliantly as to how we should think and question pupils. This course has changed my outlook of how to get the information from people, without sounding patronising or seeking WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR. 100% recommend this course for anyone, either wanting to brush up or improve their skills. I have recently completed Sally’s part 3 and Standards check course. I was really impressed with the way Sally worked to cover all elements in great detail but at the same time making it easy to understand. Her friendly down to earth personality puts you at ease and I love that she is happy to share mistakes that she had made herself in the past. I feel after completing the course I have a much clearer understanding of the standards check and what I personally need to work on. I will be starting the questioning tools and techniques course soon and I’m really looking forward to increasing my knowledge and putting it into practice. Thankyou Sally!! *Updated* I have also now completed the Questioning tools and techniques course and found it incredibly useful and inspiring. I have come away with a much clearer understanding of not only what questions to ask but also how I should be asking questions to get my clients to really think for themselves. I was really nervous to do the role play in the break out rooms but ended up finding it extremely useful. Sally has a way of making you feel at ease on her courses and really knows her stuff. Once I was reaching the end of the course I could see that she was using the same techniques to train us, as what we were all learning ourselves. I have just completed my part 3 CPD course with Sally. A credit to the profession. Really engaging and not too over whelming. Being able to use this information and putting them into my everyday lessons I think will give me a better footing when taking my part 3 exam. I had a group session and 1-1 training with Sally and definitely recommend the 1-1 as it gives you more time to challenge and ask as many questions as you feel necessary. Highly recommend her as a trainer and will be using her services in the future.

Sally is kind and approachable. Her zoom meetings are very informative. Having done 3 SC training sessions over the years, I can honestly say I preferred this one, smaller group, comfort of your own home and an ease with asking questions. Thank you Sally.

Started this course on the 3rd week in to my Pink licence the Zoom course was set over 3 evenings and covered Part 3/ standards Competencies. Brilliant…… It made the pieces of my jigsaw finally fit in place. Sally made it easy to understand after breaking each competency down. Her experience and knowledge shone through. Since that Course i have subsequently passed my Part 3 first time last week. Thankyou Sally ????

Wow! What a course and what a trainer! Sally is exceptionally friendly, intuitive, knowledgeable, approachable – in fact I can’t find enough adjectives to describe her. The course – Questioning Workshop. I recommend any ADI/PDI to attend this zoom course. Having been an ADI for 12 years and attended many courses, this was pitched perfectly for any driver trainer at whatever, level, standard, grade, experience. I never felt intimidated or out of my depth at any stage of the course. I highly recommend Sally Kaur for ANY form of driver instructor training. I’ll certainly be back for more! Thank you Sally.

I’ve met Sally some time ago after I failed my PART 3… and I wish I met her before that! We had a couple of 1 to 1 zoom calls, I’ve also done a couple of webinars with Sally and I can say with full confidence that she has absolutely changed the game for me.
