I want to share with you my experience of training people to become driving instructors.
I have over 25 years experience of successfully training PDIs & ADIs to improve, develop and to pass their Par 1/2/3 qualifying exams, standards checks and ORDIT, with many going onto claim that magical 51/51.
There is a huge difference between knowing what to do and how to do it.
The problem that the industry seems to face. Is we all know what to do, we can see that from numerous social media posts.
Do we know how, to train someone to be a driving instructor?
How do you help someone develop core skills, that form the fundamental principles of being a driving instructor?
What training activities can you use to help them improve?
