Despite some techie issues that seemed to be down to using a different format of Zoom, the session was otherwise excellent. Bob shared some fantastic content and ideas. It was great to hear about his own experiences, his initial reluctance to using coaching rather than instruction and how he sees things so differently now. Would definitely recommend getting along to one of his sessions and will look out myself for other training he’s facilitating.
