What a great workshop! I really got alot out of it. Straight talking about exactly what the competencies are all about . I’d recommend this workshop if ,like me you don’t have a standard check booked but want to start incorporating ccl into your lessons so this becomes a normal practice therefore eliminating the panic when the letter drops in ! Bob is a great mentor and tells it how it is. You won’t waste money by taking part in this workshop and once you understand it you will definitely get more out of your clients and provide them with a successful positive lesson .
