A really entertaining and informative talk by Bob. Shame about the technical difficulties, but it didn’t detract from the information given.
It might have helped a little if someone had been there from the beginning to help Bob.
Also, I realise that this is new functionality being used but perhaps a dry run first might have been a good idea. (I know, retrospect is a fine thing!)
