I’m a Director at Let’s Instruct Driving Instructor Academy, helping PDIs through the qualifying process, developing ADIs skills & helping people who’ve been involved in serious collisions return to driving.Previously the Deputy Chair & Training Team Leader of the ADINJC, I was the lead during the pandemic weekly webinars, bringing help, information & support to driving instructors throughout the UK.I regularly design and delivered training courses within the driving training industry and delivered Part Three/Standards check workshops.I pride myself in making learning easy, by breaking down subjects into bite size chunks, finding ways to demonstrate complex topics in an easy & understandable format.CPD is at the heart of my development, holding teaching, coaching, behavioral change qualifications.
