I regularly take part in Continuous Professional Development, attending workshops and courses from reputable trainers such as Bob Morton, Diane Hall, Lynne Fitzharris, and the late great Lou Walsh. I also have regular mock standards checks with an ORDIT trainer. Now, I’m not telling you all this to brag (honestly – I’m a geek at heart, and I love learning!!), but I’m telling you this to guarantee you that my knowledge and expertise in this industry is fresh, up to date, and factually correct! Sometimes you are your own worst enemy! Overthinking and stressing too much about your part 3 can sabotage it. I can help you with tools and techniques I learnt along the way to allow you to keep calm and deliver a safe, effective, enjoyable, client-centred lesson.

I’m now an independent ADI, and I absolutely love my job! I run a successful driving school with a fantastic local reputation and a waiting list as long as my arm. All of these are completely achievable for anyone and everyone! My aim is to help PDIs and ADIs understand and simplify the Part 3/Standards Check test, so they can succeed in qualifying as easily as possible and love the job as much as I do!
