Lee Spary – or the ‘ADI Doctor’ as he’s often known – is a specialist in helping struggling PDIs and ADIs to overcome their Part 3 exams and standards Checks.

With almost 20 years of industry experience, Lee has a reputation for helping instructors gain a crystal-clear understanding of how to develop their customers with coaching techniques and client-centred learning.

Since founding ADI/PDI Doctor in 2022, Lee has gone on to help over 100’s of instructors to turn exam disappointment into success – at the same time as claiming England’s ADI Of The Year award in 2023. Lee’s online workshops will help you transform confusion into clarity.
