He brings a practical, coaching-based approach to training, shaped by decades of learner instruction, instructor coaching, programme design, and trainer development. Stuart currently leads instructor and trainer development as LDC’s Quality Assurance Manager, supporting high standards across the franchise & Instructor Training Course network. Committed to continuous professional development, Stuart is working towards finishing his Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification and a Diploma in Coaching to further strengthen the support he provides to instructors.

Making Sense of Standards

Stuart thrives on helping PDIs and ADIs develop a deep, practical understanding of the national standards. He has a talent for simplifying complex requirements, making them clear, meaningful, and achievable.

Stuart enjoys delivering bespoke one-to-one sessions, engaging classroom and small-group training, and interactive online workshops. His training combines practical in-car development with coaching-based learning, offering clear objectives and meaningful takeaways.

He is passionate about helping learners and instructors build expertise, grow professionally, and achieve long-term success.
