Thank you for expressing an interest in the Part 3 & Standards Check workshop I will be delivering on Monday October 2nd.
I believe this workshop will give you the key ingredients for making your part 3 or Standards Check a success.
The workshop will be delivered on Zoom from 09:30am – 3:30pm and will cover:
- Course Introduction
- Coaching conversations for goal setting.
- Exploration of the client’s needs and how to develop motivation and commitment.
- Watching the driver, the platform for instructional techniques, probably the number one reason for failure.
- Feedback skills, methods, positive language, your body language.
- Questions and Answers, when stationary, On the move, Listening skills, Embedded commands.
- Tell –Ask – Assess, your get out of jail card for managing the risk.
- Training routes success strategy
- DVSA Standards Check/Part 3, marking sheet essentials.
